Girls Make Games
With GMG I worked as a Camp Counselor during the 2019 and 2021 camp sessions where I taught campers how to develop games in Unity and in Construct 3.
My name is Kristopher Kath, and I love learning how to create video games for people to enjoy.
I started my journey into video game development 5 years ago by pursuing a Computer Science
degree at CSU, Long Beach.
I have experience creating video games in Unity and in Unreal Engine.
I've had the opportunity to work with organizations such as Girls Make Games & Games for Love,
and I hope to do more in the future!
I recently graduated in the Fall of 2021 and now I am on the look out for jobs in the games
industry.
I hope that you find my work enjoyable, and thank you for visiting!

During my time with Games for Love I worked as a volunteer game developer where I joined a team working on a game called "Battle for the Kingdom" (listed below). The game is now published on steam where all proceeds go towards helping children.
A stategy card game I helped create as the team's programmer. I helped maintain older code and added features that designers requested. Made with the organization Games For Love. Created in Unity and now on Steam.

Play here! GithubHere is a menu UI asset pack I created to help speed along projects in Unity. Asset pack was used in the game Shopping Spree. This comes with a functional menu scene to navigate, an options page with settings to modify (quality, volume, resolution, keybinds & fullscreen select), scripts for creating grid layouts in UI, and scripts/prefab to modify keybindings.
GithubAn asynchronous 3v1 dungeon crawler! In this game you can play as a team of scramblers that fight through floors of monsters & traps to duel the Dungeon Master, or play as the Dungeon Master to thwart the scramblers from overcomming your dungeon! In this game I worked on systems such as AI, status effects system, inventory storage system, and various other tasks.
